Can I use Snag Link now?
We’re testing it on Android with a small group of site managers. Join early access below and we’ll add you to the test — use the Google account email on your Android phone. It goes on Google Play for everyone soon.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. Your trades can already use any phone, iPhone included, because they reply through a link in their browser. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when the iPhone app is ready.
Do my trades need to download anything?
No. They get a link by WhatsApp, text or email, open it in their phone’s browser, see only the snags you sent them, and reply with a photo of the fix. No app, no account, no password, and they never pay.
Does it work without signal?
Yes for typing snags and taking photos: they’re saved on your phone and sync when you’re back in signal. Voice capture needs a connection.
Where is my data kept?
Your snags, photos and trades’ details are stored in London, in the UK, on Google Cloud. We don’t sell data or use it for advertising.
How much does it cost?
£4.99 a month or £39.99 a year, including VAT. Every new account gets 14 days free, starting from your first snag, with no card needed.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you don’t subscribe, your projects become view-only. Nothing is deleted: you can still open them and export PDF reports, and trades can still reply to links you’ve sent.
Can my whole team use it?
