How much does Snag Link cost?
Snag Link Pro is £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year, including VAT, and includes everything: unlimited projects, snags and trades, up to 5 photos per snag, voice capture, PDF reports and your logo on them. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial, with no card needed — once per person and phone. You subscribe in the app through Google Play.
When does my free trial start?
When you save your first snag or first use voice capture, whichever comes first, not when you sign up. Until then everything is on, so you can set up your projects and trades in your own time and start the 14 days on a real walk.
How do I cancel?
Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Snag Link. You can also get there from Subscription in the Snag Link app's account menu. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you've already started. The 14-day free trial doesn't need cancelling: there's nothing to pay, and it ends by itself.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
Your projects become view-only and nothing is deleted. You can still open them and export PDF reports, and trades can still reply to links you've already sent, until those links expire. You can't add snags, start new projects or send new links. We remind you 3 days and 1 day before a trial ends, so it's no surprise. Subscribe and you carry on where you left off.
Do subcontractors need to download an app or pay?
No. Subcontractors open their Snag Link in any mobile web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge). They can see their snags, mark them as fixed or say why they can't fix them, and add a photo, without installing anything, creating an account or paying.
Does Snag Link work offline on site?
Mostly. Snags you type and photos you take without a signal are saved on your phone and sync automatically once you're back online. Voice capture is the exception: it needs a connection, because recordings are processed by AI as soon as you let go of the button and aren't saved for later.
What if a Snag Link stops working?
A link stops working 30 days after it was last sent or replied to, or straight away if you withdraw it. You can resend a fresh link in one tap from the app by WhatsApp, text or email.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap your photo on the home screen, then Help & legal → Delete account — it happens straight away. Without the app, request deletion at snaglink.app/data-deletion. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription, so cancel that first. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold and why.
